Partners Iraj Motazedi and Wayne Gerl head BGG's construction operations. The Gedi Construction Company has decades of experience in cost efficient construction and operation of cement plants, shopping malls and residential development ranging from single-family homes to mid-rise and high-rise buildings.

Mr. Gerl has over fifty years of professional experience in diverse national and international projects, including: construction, civil engineering, operation of concrete plants, shopping centers, parking garages, and large retail shopping centers. He is an accomplished planner and designer of cost effective multi-million dollar construction projects. His significant experience managing municipal, county, and state contracts in the U.S. is invaluable to our ability to be effective worldwide. As an investor, Mr. Gerl is a savvy real estate professional and master of site acquisition. His negotiation and construction efforts number over 100 projects and more than half a billion dollars in total investment. Internationally, Mr. Gerl is an expert in security issues and risk mitigation in land and site procurement matters.
