Partners Iraj Motazedi and Wayne Gerl head BGG's construction operations. The Gedi Construction Company has decades of experience in cost efficient construction and operation of cement plants, shopping malls and residential development ranging from single-family homes to mid-rise and high-rise buildings.

Mr. Motazedi gained his international reputation as the founder, major shareholder, operational director and Chairman of Komeh Construction. For 45 years, Komeh has provided modern construction techniques to projects in the Middle East and Africa. Mr. Motazedi is also a successful developer of shopping malls in Iran and brings his experienced management and engineering teams to BGG's efforts in developing countries.
